Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive - Factory HR & Admin
  
Major Duties:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for factory employees, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with the headcount plan.  Design and facilitate induction/orientation programs for all new hires and maintain complete joining documentation as per audit standards.

    Oversee daily HR operations including attendance tracking, absenteeism management, and disciplinary support.

    Prepare and process monthly wages, overtime, and related disbursements accurately and on time.

    Support Performance Management, salary reviews, and overall HR administrative processes.

    Identify training needs and conduct training/awareness programs with proper audit-compliant documentation.

    Ensure a healthy, safe, and compliant workplace environment aligned with labor laws and factory standards.

    Supervise factory facilities including canteen, transportation, hygiene services, and employee support items (uniforms, safety shoes, laundry).

    Manage employee insurance claims, follow up on settlements, and prepare periodic reports.

    Monitor and ensure a healthy, compliant workplace environment in adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.

    Ensure timely renewal of HR-related licenses and maintain strong liaison with regulatory and government bodies.
    Oversee overall factory administration and organize employee engagement initiatives to support a positive work environment.

Key Qualifications: 

  •     BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed Public or Private University with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
  •     Minimum 4 years of experience in Factory HR & Administration, preferably within Manufacturing industries.
  •     Strong understanding of the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
  •     Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
  •     Should have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
