Bangladesh Aims for Guinness Record with 350 Tractors Handover
Dinajpur, October 27, 2025: In a spectacular celebration of agricultural mechanization, ACI Motors Limited, one of Bangladesh’s pioneering companies in the sector, successfully organized a grand tractor handover event today at the Trade Fair Ground adjacent to Gor-e-Shaheed Central Eidgah Maidan in Dinajpur. Under the theme “Sonalikar Bisshojoy,” the event witnessed the simultaneous handover of 350 Sonalika tractors to farmers, aiming to secure a spot in the Guinness World Records for the highest number of tractor handovers in a single event.
The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Mr. Subrata Ranjan Das, Deputy Managing Director of ACI Motors Limited, with Mr. Gaurav Saxena, Director and CEO of International Tractors Limited, attending as the chief guest. Other dignitaries included Md. Asif Uddin, Chief Business Officer of ACI Motors; Md. Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Commissioner of Dinajpur, alongside Sonalika tractor customers, drivers, and well-wishers.
