Arla Foods Bangladesh is hiring Assistant Manager/Manager - Strategic Communication and Partnership !
Major Duties:
- Enables communication to stakeholders, owners and colleagues in local market, according to Arla Foods communications strategies and plans.
- Enables promoting and protecting Arla’s reputation through best-in-class communication and proactive media, stakeholder and/or owner relations. Responsible for operationally activating our sustainability narrative through transparent and engaging communication to build trust in Arla and our Future26 strategy.
- Enables proactive advisory/support of relevant stakeholders on ongoing and potential issues.
- Supports writing and/or preparing press releases, positioning statements, white paper and other relevant material for media, stakeholders, partners, owners and colleagues as needed.
- Enables advisory and preparation of Arla’s spokespeople.
- Works with relevant Communications colleagues to support Arla’s strategic external, owner and internal stakeholder relations.
- Works with cross functional team members to drive projects and relevant outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
- 6 years+ of experience in relevant fields
- Advanced/well developed skills and knowledge within a specific discipline acquired
- Previous experience working in corporate affairs team in the space of strategic communications, partnership management will get priority
